ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
- Completed rosters and signed waivers are due on July 11 at 6:00 p.m. Rosters will be frozen at this time.
- Teams submitting their completed rosters and signed waivers after the deadline will NOT receive commemorative t-shirts.
- Please submit your completed roster and signed waiver by the deadlines listed above to the Sunflower State Games by mail, fax or email. Rosters and waivers will not be accepted at the tournament.

- Please see the Roster Change Form regarding changes made to your roster after submission. The Roster Change Form can be downloaded from the right column of this page.
- Teams must check-in at least one hour prior to their first scheduled game at the Bettis Family Baseball Complex. Coaches are required to have copies of birth certificates for all players on their roster with them at check-in.

COMPETITION FORMAT:
- All divisions: Pool play with single elimination championship bracket. Format may be altered depending on the number of teams registered. All games for 12 and Under will be 6 innings (1 hour 30 minute time limit). 14 and Under will be 7 innings (2 hour time limit).
- Run Rule: A run rule shall be used to complete a regulation game when one team's margin of lead is greater than or equal to the listed run differential: 15 after 3rd inning or 8 after 4th inning.
- Teams are responsible for providing their own catcher's equipment, bats, hemlets, etc. Game balls will be provided by the Sunflower State Games.
- Diamond size: 8 and Under - 60' baseline, 10 and Under - 65' baseline, 12 and Under - 70' baseline.
- Pitching Distance: 8 and Under - 42', 10 and Under - 46'. 12 and Under - 50'.
- Pitch Limit: 12 and Under - 6 innings in 2 consecutive games. One pitch constitutes an inning.
- 8 and Under will use the Ultimate Pitching Machine with settings to be determined.
- Four coaches are allowed in the dug-out.
- NBC rules with modifications. A no designated hitter policy will be used. Extra Hitter is allowed.
- No steel spikes are allowed.
- Bat rules: The maximum diameter shall not exceed two and five-eighths inches and the maximum length shall not exceed 33 inches. There are no restrictions on bat weight to length ratio.
- Age determination date is May 1, 2012.
- Each team must provide a scorekeeper. Home team will be the official scorebook.
- An admission fee will be charged for speactators. $1 per person each day. There is no admission fee for players.
